As the Property Manager, we are responsible for our owners’ property and work to protect their investment by maintaining the property, minimizing expenses, and maximizing income. We also strive for tenant retention by ensuring that our tenants receive professional and prompt service.

-Complete all documents with Lessee
-Collect rental payments
-Take all calls from tenants (24/7)
-Schedule and supervise all maintenance
-Pay invoices/bills for the property
-Enforce rules and regulations
-Inspect properties and units monthly
-If necessary, handle evections
-Inspect units upon move out
-Provide Owner with monthly statement
We are also experienced with working with LA Housing and the Jefferson Parish Section 8 program.
We also offer Condominium Association Management Services. We handle the administrative duties and follow the directive of the Board of Directors.

-Oversee maintenance as directed by the Board of Directors

Our Maintenance Personnel are available to handle general maintenance and repairs, make-readies, and complete remodels. We also work closely with numerous companies for HVAC, major plumbing, and electrical repairs. We work to keep cost down for our Owners and always communicate with them prior to major repairs.
